Kevin Richards CFT, CNC, VCS
I have been passionate about fitness and health my entire life. Growing up I was overweight and it wasn’t until I joined the football team in high school that I started to take my health seriously. I went on to serve in the Army Reserve, attended Bridgewater State University majoring in Exercise Science, and became a competitive bodybuilder and nationally qualified physique competitor. I even transitioned to competitive powerlifting as my time as a competitive athlete went on. Today, as a husband and a father, I have left the competitive world behind me, but have adjusted my training and eating styles to better suit my life. I know make my passion for health and fitness be apart and enhancement to my life, as opposed to controlling it entirely. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others reach their goals and make healthy changes in their lives, while not placing unrealistic, unmaintainable expectations upon them. My mission is to provide the best possible coaching and guidance to help my clients reach their peak performance, achieve their goals, and live a better and healthier life.
